Chelsea Kidney is an experienced healthcare attorney licensed in Idaho, Oregon, Utah, and Arizona. Chelsea brings more than 15 years of legal expertise when serving her clients. Acting as outsourced general counsel, Chelsea delivers strategic, end-to-end legal support across regulatory compliance, healthcare employment matters, contract negotiation and review, and professional licensing.

Before entering private practice, Chelsea served in the Idaho Attorney General’s Office, representing the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare. In that capacity, she developed a sophisticated understanding of both state and federal healthcare regulations, including Medicaid and Medicare compliance, program integrity enforcement, provider licensing requirements, and administrative appeals.
